Insurance Agent & Broker Liability

The attorneys at Franke Schultz & Mullen, PC have represented insurance agents and brokers in a number of cases involving claims of negligence, breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.  In each case, the attorneys at FSM have worked closely with the client agency and the agency's staff to identify all relevant documents and communications and any potentially applicable defenses to liability. Further, in those cases where the agency's exposure largely has been dependent on the outcome of underlying litigation brought against the agency's customers, the FSM attorneys have closely monitored the underlying litigation and on occasion have worked to resolve that litigation in a way that has minimized exposure to our client.
