Mr. Sylwester is an experienced trial attorney who has significant experience in defending individuals and corporations in personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. He has also defended governmental entities in civil rights and inverse condemnation claims. Mr. Sylwester has obtained summary judgment for numerous clients in state and federal courts and has successfully tried cases to judges and juries in Missouri. Mr. Sylwester has also written appellate briefs for state and federal appellate courts and has argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District and the Illinois Appellate Court, Fifth District.
 
Mr. Sylwester received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Sylwester graduated cum laude from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science.
