William C Dauster
Associate
William represents a variety of corporate and individual clients and practices primarily in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury and general civil litigation representing clients in both arbitrations and mediations. He has experience on both sides of civil litigation, having practiced for several years at a Plaintiffs boutique firm as a general practitioner and a wide variety of experiences. He is currently representing clients in negligence, breach of contract, construction defect, bodily injury, wrongful death, consumer practice complaints, premises liability, and auto and construction-related bodily injury cases.
He has experience taking and defending depositions, and coordinating and collaborating with experts such as engineers and doctors.
Prior to joining Franke Schultz & Mullen, P.C., Will graduated from Washburn University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate and Washburn School of Business with his Master’s in Business Administration. William holds a Bachelor of Business degree in with a minor in management from Wichita State University.
