Jackson County judge dismisses claims against Kansas City bar
08/03/2016A young man who had attended a pub crawl sued one of the participating bars alleging it did not provide adequate security resulting in the young man being assaulted by an unknown assailant. After several amended petitions were filed, the Circuit Judge sustained a motion to dismiss the claims presented against the bar. Brad Nielsen and Matt Clifford defended the bar in the case.
