John Schultz Elected as Fellow in the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel
02/04/2015John Schultz was elected to become a fellow in the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (‘ACCEC’) on February 4, 2015. The ACCEC is comprised of 165 preeminent coverage and bad faith counsel in the United States and Canada representing the interests of both insurers and policyholders. Mr. Schultz is the first attorney in Kansas City to be elected to the College.
