Nine Lawyers included in Super Lawyers and Rising Stars List

The firm is pleased to announce that nine of its lawyers have been singled out by Law & Politics and KC Magazine for inclusion in the 2013 Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers and Rising Stars list. The selection process for membership includes a statewide nomination process, independent research on each candidate and peer evaluation by practice area. As part of its final selection process, Law & Politics divides candidates according to their firm size and selects those with the highest point totals from each category. Only 5 percent of the total lawyers in Missouri and Kansas are included in the Super Lawyers list and 2.5 percent are listed as Rising Stars. Six of the firm’s partners, including Nikki Cannezzaro, John E. Franke, John L. Mullen, Bradley C. Nielsen, John G. Schultz, and Jill Smith were selected as Super Lawyers. John D. Gore, Derek Johannsen, and Pamela J. Welch were included as Rising Stars. John Schultz was further recognized as one of the top 100 lawyers in Missouri and one of the top 50 in Kansas City.
