Mr. Mullen specializes in personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, bad faith and automobile accident litigation, as well as complex insurance coverage matters. He has significant trial experience representing companies in underinsured and uninsured motorist cases, as well as third-party insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Mullen is a frequent lecturer to bar associations, insurance companies and claims associations on the defense of soft tissue/minor impact automobile cases, bad faith litigation and fraud. Mr. Mullen received his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University. He is admitted to practice before the Missouri Supreme Court, Kansas Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, the United States District Court of Southern Texas, the United States District Court of Southern Wisconsin and Bar of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.
