FSM Attorneys Michael Bub, Sarah Washburn, and John Schultz Recognized for the Top Defense Verdict in the State of Missouri for 2023
01/05/2024Firm partners Michael Bub and John Schultz and associate Sarah Washburn secured the top defense verdict in Missouri in 2023, according to Missouri Lawyers Media. The case resulting in the defense verdict involved allegations of abuse. In closing arguments, the plaintiff asked the jury to award as much as $60 million in damages. The jury returned a defense verdict after an hour of deliberations at the end of the trial.
Bub, Schultz, and Washburn will be recognized during the Missouri Lawyers Awards on February 15th at the Missouri Athletic Club in St. Louis.
