Max Mosley practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense. He has experience in the areas of trucking and automobile litigation, premises liability, and education law.
 
Mr. Mosley received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, where he served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Dispute Resolution, acted as the 1L Moot Court Director for the Board of Advocates, and graduated as a member of The Order of Barristers. He is also a former intern with the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
 
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Mosley was a public high school teacher. His tenure in education includes six years as an English as a Second Language Teacher with the New York City Department of Education and the Internationals Network for Public Schools in Queens and the Bronx, as well as serving as a teacher and Program Director with the WorldTeach organization in the Marshal Islands, and Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia.
