John Gore practices civil litigation with an emphasis defending personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability as well as uninsured motorist, underinsured motorist, and vexatious refusal claims. He also provides coverage opinions for insurance carriers.
Mr. Gore received his Juris Doctor and Litigation Certificate from Creighton University School of Law where he graduated cum laude. During law school, he worked as an instructor in the legal writing center and won the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing and Drafting. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and participated on the trial team. Mr. Gore also holds a Master of Arts in Communication from Drury University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University.
Mr. Gore is licensed to practice in the State of Missouri and admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been a multiple selection as a Rising Star by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine.
