Franke Schultz & Mullen, P.C. is pleased to announce that Niki Long has been named a partner at the firm.  Niki joined the firm as an associate in 2009 after graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.  Since joining the firm, Niki has gained significant experience defending cases involving dram shop liability, premises liability, intentional torts, and insurance coverage disputes.  Niki won all three of her civil jury trials and recently obtained summary judgment on a substantial claim for post-judgment interest in a complex legal malpractice case.
