Ms. Skaggs practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Skaggs earned her Juris Doctor at the University Of Denver Sturm College Of Law, where she achieved top grades in Trial Advocacy courses. During law school, Ms. Skaggs was a member of the Student Trial Lawyer's Association and gained hands-on experience while working as a law clerk at a personal injury litigation firm. Ms. Skaggs also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
