Ms. Frost has extensive trial experience in the defense of a wide variety of cases, including commercial disputes, construction defect, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, vehicular collisions, worker's compensation and toxic torts. She also has significant experience litigating environmental matters and suits stemming from exposure to asbestos, mold and lead paint, as well as defending employers against Title VII claims and other civil rights cases. She was recently selected by The Business Journal of Kansas City to the Best of the Bar in Kansas City, as well as being dubbed a “Super Lawyer” by a peer review survey magazine. Ms. Frost earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Tulsa, where she was a member of the Order of Barristers, The Energy Law Journal and the Trial Advocacy Team. She was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Pre-Trial Practice and the American Bar Association's Silver Key Award. She has been certified as a mediator by Washington University School of Law. Ms. Frost is currently permitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of appeals for the 8th and 10th Circuits, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, the Missouri Supreme Court and all Missouri state courts.
