Keith A. Cary - Member

Mr. Cary practices in the areas of insurance defense, products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and commercial litigation. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers, the Board of Advocates and the Law School=s National Moot Court team. He also holds a master's degree from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Mr. Cary has been lead trial counsel in a wide range of matters in both state and federal courts throughout Missouri. On May 5, 2003 he was featured in a front-page article in Missouri Lawyers Weekly regarding his successful handling of the appeal of an insurance coverage dispute. Mr. Cary is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before the Missouri Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
