The Northland Sports Alliance recently elected Pamela Welch to serve on its Board of Directors.  The Northland Sports Alliance provides organized youth recreational and competitive sports opportunities for more than 5,000 children each year in soccer, basketball, baseball, t-ball, softball, volleyball, Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading, serving boys and girls as young as age 4 up to age 18.  The goal of the Northland Sports Alliance is to foster a positive learning environment that allows young people to not only develop their athletic ability but also develop their character.  Northland Sports Alliance has experienced growth of approximately 15 % per year requiring great commitment from its Board and volunteers to meet the needs of a rapidly growing suburban metropolitan county.  Ms. Welch is an avid sports fan and promoter of children participating in sports.  She is honored to be able to serve on the Board of Directors of the Northland Sports Alliance.
