Christopher Brackman Elected as Partner to the Firm

Franke Schultz & Mullen, P.C. is pleased to announce that Christopher A. Brackman has been elected as a partner to the firm. 
 
Mr. Brackman first became an associate for the firm in July 2012, and has since excelled in representing and defending numerous insurance carriers and their insureds through all aspects of litigation.  Since joining the firm, Mr. Brackman has earned a rating of "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rated level of professional excellence for legal abilities and ethical standards, and has been recognized as a "Missouri/Kansas Rising Star" in the Super Lawyers edition of Law and Politics Magazine.
 
Mr. Brackman first began his practice in 2004, after receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law.  Mr. Brackman previously worked as counsel at another firm in the Kansas City area for eight years, where he first began representing insurance carriers in personal injury, premises liability, and asbestos defense litigation.
